The Mortgage Guru Ltd has been created by two experienced people in the financial service industry.

Arun Dhand and Kabaljit Sandhu the directors of The Mortgage Guru.

They both have extensive knowledge, experience and putting great minds together both of them have invested in The Mortgage Guru Ltd with view to giving mortgage advice to prospective clients.

Together they have over 50 years experience in the Financial services.

Mr. Dhand and Mr. Sandhu have been serving clients since early 1980s. They now have a history of clients taking their advice in the last 25 years, and today after serving clients for two generations they are working to serve the 3rd generation

Arun Dhand	Kabaljit Sandhu	Surendra Chahal
They have both worked in several blue chip companies i.e. Legal and General, Abbey, Sun Alliance, Sun Life Canada, Royal and Sun Alliance, MGM and Allied Dunbar. They started their journey from the lowest positions as consultants and then reaching the highest positions as Branch Manager, and today they are directors of there own companies. Mr. Dhand is a director of A D Estates based in Hayes. Mr. Sandhu is a director of DBK Estates based in Heston. They have combined their efforts in creating The Mortgage Guru Ltd. The Mortgage Guru Ltd was set up in April 2006. It is located in the heart of Hayes in a spacious newly furnished air conditioned office, which also has ample parking. The opening day of The Mortgage Guru ltd was attended by John McDonald MP of Hayes and Harlington, who cut the ribbon and opened the doors for generations of professional Mortgage advisors.
Surendra Chahal joined the financial services industry in 1987 and started with Sun Alliance at the time as financial consultant. He worked his way in to Branch Management posts within various locations in the company.
In 1995 he headed a team of advisors based in Sun Alliance Head Office based in Horsham. In 2000 joined an Independent Financial Advisor firm in Reading and worked in this area for 4 years. January 2004 started with direct authorisation from the Financial Services Authority of my new IFA firm based in West Drayton Middlesex, he held a position of Director and was responsible for recruiting, compliance, training and competence and driving the business forward. Surendra has been with The Mortgage Guru Limited since April 2006 as Branch Manager and he is involved with recruitment training and driving the business forward.
