Net Commission Banding

Selection of Commission Banding will be decided at time of recruitment subject to proven record of business done in previous 12 months. This Band will be reallocated in the beginning of every calender year subject to last years performance.

These are only guide lines and following
assumptions are taken into account:

  1. Mortgage Case is counted as one case.
  2. Life Case is counted as one case.
  3. Life Case with Critical illness counted
    as two cases.
  4. Assumptions are made on average case size
    generating commission of £750 (gross)
  5. Two PHI cases are counted as one case.
 
Brokers fee can be charged by the advisor and retained 100%
